Using Mahj-On

You need an account, and the details on it should be yours and true - other players decide whether to sit down with you based on them. One account per person. You must be 13 or older.

What you post

Games, messages and pictures stay yours; you give us permission to show them to the people you meant them for. Nothing hateful, threatening, deceptive or unlawful, and nothing that is not yours to post. You can block or report anybody, and we can remove content or close an account over it.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number we send you a one-time code to check it is yours. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.

The games themselves

Mahj-On introduces players and arranges nothing else. Who turns up, what happens at the table and whose house it is are between the people there. We do not check anybody out, vouch for anybody, or run the game. Take the same care you would meeting anybody new: meet somewhere you are comfortable, tell somebody where you are going, and leave if you want to.

Whatever happens at a game is between the people there, and going to one is your own decision.

Ending it

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time - what that removes is on the privacy page. We can close an account that breaks these terms. The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and we are not liable for what happens away from it.

If these terms change we update the date here. Last updated September 8, 2026.
